MediTwin is an AI-assisted personal health record platform. It helps you collect your medical reports, prescriptions, bills, and observations in one place, and turns them into a clear, visual story of your health over time — one that you own and control.

Instead of medical history scattered across clinics, labs, and paper files, MediTwin gives you a single, organised record you can understand at a glance and share securely with a doctor when you choose to.

Why we built it

Most people don’t have a complete picture of their own health. Records live with whoever created them, in formats that are hard to read and harder to connect. We built MediTwin so that your health information belongs to you first — readable, portable, and private by default.

How we think about your data
